Amy joined Morningstar Investment Management in December 2015 as Director of Account Management, responsible for managing Morningstar Investment Management’s strategic relationships and overall service delivery to both institutional and dealer group clients. Her role entails coordinating the efforts of the Investment Management, Distribution, Product and Operations teams to ensure we deliver the clearest message, both to the key stakeholders within each key account and their advisers.
Prior to joining Morningstar, Amy was with Australian Unity, where she worked for over three years as an Associate in their institutional business with responsibilities covering institutional, consultant and research relationships. She was previously with Challenger and Perennial Investment Partners.

Heather joined Morningstar Investment Management in 2016 as Head of Sales and Distribution. She has more than 20 years’ experience in business leadership roles in the financial services industry in Australia and the United States. Most recently, she was a Consultant and Mentor in leadership and sales and a Co-Producer for the Inaugural Conscious Capitalism Australia Summit, a not-for-profit, member-based organisation, supporting and advancing the growth of the conscious capitalism movement.
From 2008 to 2013, she was a partner at Mercer where she served as Sales Leader and led business growth and management for the Mercer Super Trust and Mercer New Zealand KiwiSaver Scheme.
Heather also worked at Russell Investments in Sydney as Managing Director, leading the retirement services, product development, client services, and member services teams and also providing strategic leadership and management expertise for the Russell SuperSolution Master Trust’s Institutional Retirement Savings Solution. She has also worked as Director of National Sales Development, Retirement and Investor Services for the Principal Financial Group in the United States.

Regan joined Morningstar Investment Management in 2012 as Business Development Associate and was promoted to National Manager – Adviser Distribution in July 2016. He plays a key role in growing our distribution business which serves over 1,000 financial advisers.
Regan has over 10 years’ experience in investment advisory and business development roles across a range of industries. Prior to joining Morningstar, he was Property Investment Analyst and subsequently Investment Advisor at Dixon Advisory and Superannuation Services.

Samantha joined Morningstar Investment Management in April 2017 as Relationship Manager. She is responsible for providing ongoing support to Morningstar’s advisory clients across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
Prior to joining Morningstar, Samantha spent over 6 years with Suncorp, most recently as Business Development Manager for Suncorp Superannuation. While at Suncorp, she helped develop new offerings and strategies to grow the business.

Michael joined Morningstar Investment Management in 2016 as Relationship Manager where he is responsible for providing support to Morningstar’s advisory clients across New South Wales and Western Australia.
Following completion of his studies, Michael has had a variety of distribution experiences, both locally and abroad. Prior to joining Morningstar, Michael was Senior Business Development Manager at Midwinter Financial Services.

Brent joined Morningstar Investment Management in 2013 as Business Development Associate and was subsequently promoted to Relationship Manager. He is responsible for managing financial advisory clients across South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania.
Brent has 10 years of experience in the finance industry. Prior to joining Morningstar, Brent worked in London as a Sales Associate with Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he provided investment products to Merrill Lynch advisers globally. Before moving to London, Brent worked in financial planning with NAB Private Wealth on the Gold Coast and NAB Financial Planning in Melbourne.
Brent is currently studying towards the Bachelor of Economics at the University of Technology, Sydney.

Chris joined Morningstar Investment Management in 2005 as Senior Consultant, and in 2007 was promoted to head the Investment Services team. In 2013, Chris was named Managing Director of Morningstar Investment Management, Asia-Pacific. Chris is responsible for developing business strategy, overseeing its implementation, and working closely with senior management to deliver the best possible investment outcomes and service to clients. Chris had been Co-Managing Director of the business since 2012 and is also a member of the Asia Pacific Investment Policy Committee.
Before joining Morningstar, Chris worked as Portfolio Manager at Rand Merchant Bank in South Africa for over five years and also worked at Citibank in both London and South Africa, with responsibilities covering treasury derivatives, business development, and relationship management.

Andrew joined Morningstar Investment Management in 2014 as Chief Investment Officer. Andrew is responsible for leading the Morningstar Investment team in Australia and developing Morningstar Investment Management’s investment capabilities and thought leadership profile in the Asia-Pacific region. Andrew chairs the Asia Pacific Investment Policy Committee, and the Manager and Security Selection Sub-Committee. He is also a member of the Asset Allocation Sub-Committee and Portfolio Construction Sub-Committee.
Andrew has 22 years’ experience in advising and managing institutional funds and investment teams in Australia, Asia, and the United Kingdom. Andrew worked most recently at AMP Capital Investors as Head of Investment Solutions in the Multi-Asset Group, and before that as Head of Investment Specialists, Listed Assets. Andrew is passionate about portfolio construction that achieves specific client outcomes and risk targets. Andrew also has a global interest in post-retirement solutions, and has had great experience in designing liability-aware investment strategies for insurance and Defined Benefit Pension Funds.
Andrew previously spent seven years with Russell Investment Group as Director of Consulting – Asia-Pacific and ultimately as Director of Investment Strategy. In this former role, Andrew was responsible for advising two Asian Sovereign Wealth Funds in designing their investment strategies to access capital markets outside their local investment market. His experience in the United Kingdom included roles in manager research with investment consultant, Lane Clark & Peacock, and as an Investment Analyst with Watson Wyatt.

Brad joined Morningstar Investment Management in October 2009 and is responsible for leading the development and management of Morningstar’s Multi-Manager Domestic and Global Bond Portfolios. He also leads research into key issues and developments associated with investing in fixed income markets. Brad is a member of the Asia Pacific Investment Policy Committee and Global Best Practice Groups. Brad chairs the Portfolio Construction Sub-Committee for Real Return portfolios, and is also a member of the Asset Allocation Sub-Committee, and Manager and Security Selection Sub-Committee.
Brad has worked in fixed income markets for over 22 years. Most recently, he was Senior Investment Analyst with Austock Asset Management, responsible for managing the firm’s Australian Fixed Income and Hybrid portfolios. Before that, he held a number of Sell Side Credit Analyst roles in Sydney and London with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and ANZ Investment Bank, where he was a highly-rated analyst across a number of industries.

Peter joined Morningstar Investment Management Australia Limited in 2012 as Head of Equities where he is responsible for the design and management of growth asset portfolios. He is also a member of the Portfolio Construction Sub-Committee, and Manager and Security Selection Sub-Committee.
Peter has over 18 years’ industry experience. He worked previously at Colonial First State where he was responsible for portfolio management, investment research, and business development within Realindex Investments. He also worked at Franklin Portfolio Associates, Mellon Capital, and Investment Technology Group (ITG) in global equity research and portfolio management in Boston.
Peter has authored journal articles and patents on global equity investing and implementation topics.

Joel joined Morningstar in 2005 and has held a variety of research, managerial, and portfolio management roles. He moved to the Morningstar Investment Management Group in 2015 as Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Discretionary Equity Strategies, Asia-Pacific, based in Sydney. Since 2011, Joel has overseen the Australia-focused Income, Core, and Small Cap Discretionary Direct Equity Portfolios, using Morningstar Equity Research as a primary input. He also works with our multi-asset strategy portfolio managers and is a member of Morningstar’s Global Equity Portfolio Manager Best Practices Group, collaborating with discretionary portfolio managers running similar strategies in other markets.
Prior to his current role, Joel was Head of Asia-Pacific Equity Research, managing thirty-plus analysts across Sydney, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Mumbai, and Auckland. In that role, he was primarily responsible for developing quality, independent, and fundamental research for internal and external clients. He also contributed to global best practice development within the research group, including as a Chair of the Morningstar Global Economic Moat Committee, an internal governing body that oversees our competitive advantage analysis framework and ratings. Prior to that, Joel spent a year away from Morningstar in South Africa where he helped start an equity management boutique as Head of Research and Assistant Portfolio Manager. Before moving to South Africa, Joel held a variety of equity research analyst and management positions with Morningstar in Chicago, U.S.

James joined Morningstar Investment Management Australia Limited in 2012 as an Investment Consultant, where he was responsible for supporting the delivery of Morningstar’s investment advisory capabilities and providing investment analysis and advisory services to retail and institutional clients.
James was promoted to Director, Capital Markets and Asset Allocation in April 2017. In this role, he is responsible for the capital markets forecasts and valuation driven asset allocation inputs given to the respective portfolio managers of Morningstar multi-asset portfolios across the Asia-Pacific region. He chairs the regional Asset Allocation Sub-Committee, attends the regional Investment Policy Committee and is a member of the Investment Management Leadership Group in Australia and Asia. He is also a member of the Portfolio Construction Sub-Committee, as well as the Manager and Security Selection Sub-Committee.
Before joining Morningstar, James was Head of Portfolio Construction and Asset Allocation at Centric Wealth, where he also held previous roles as Head of Managed Funds Research and Investment Research Analyst. James has over 18 years’ industry experience.

Iain joined Morningstar Investment Management Australia Limited in 2014. He is responsible for the monitoring and management of exposures in managed funds and oversees the Portfolio Analytics team. Iain is also a member of the Asia Pacific Investment Policy Committee, the Portfolio Construction Sub-Committee, and the Manager and Security Selection Sub-Committee.
Iain has over 11 years’ industry experience. Prior to joining Morningstar, Iain spent 9 years at Perpetual Investments in a variety of research and investment based roles. These included a Senior Analyst role within the Diversified Solutions investment team and a senior management role heading up Perpetual’s research and analytics function. Before working at Perpetual, Iain held a Research position at InvestorInfo (now part of Sterling Publishing).

Clint joined Morningstar Investment Management Australia Limited in October 2015 as a Portfolio Specialist, responsible for communicating Morningstar’s investment approach and portfolio positioning to clients.
Clint has been involved with equity markets for more than 15 years having worked as a financial adviser at Goldman Sachs JBWere, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and specialist financial intermediary broker, Lonsec.
Prior to joining Morningstar, Clint was Head of Trading & Portfolio Management at Wentworth Securities where he managed the firm’s Multi-Asset and Australian Equity portfolios. He has considerable experience in formulating and implementing investment strategies across multiple asset classes, involving direct securities, exchange traded funds (ETFs) and managed funds for intermediary, family office and high net wealth clients.
